Since 2003, Matt Linnert has helped his clients deeply understand their gifts, values, personality, and find the best way to use these in their lives. Drawing on his formal studies of education, mathematics, personal finance, personality theory and yoga, Matt created his consulting business to offer services tailored to each client. While building his consultancy, he co-founded the online financial literacy business innergi that was later acquired by listed company IRESS. Combining his experience from the finance sector along with coaching and personal development, Matt developed this online tool, Money Personality, later branded as Personality Quiz, to assist the development of awareness around strengths, opportunities for growth, stress triggers and more, especially as it relates to wealth, career or business.  His services and resources have been sought by hundreds of individuals as well as organisations such as Macquarie Bank, Zurich, AXA, Securitor, Comminsure, AUSCOAL, Maritime and NGS superannuation, The Australian Institute of Superannuation Trustees and NSW Health Pathology. With a personal belief in community contribution, Matt founded the philanthropic organisation Collective Heart in 2014 to create and source opportunities for its members to assist people in difficult circumstances. Matt’s passion is to help people master their mind and align their activity to live a productive, peaceful and purposeful life.
